Contemporary Parthenon

The Penthouse is situated in the middle of the Historic Center of Athens, with many places for food, drinks and shopping nearby. There is a Supermarket just next door as well as a Bakery and Pastries shop. A Pharmacy is just around the corner and a Parking garage at a very short distance.

It is the only apartment on this floor of the building, so there is total privacy.
The beds are by Coco-Mat®, a high quality brand for an excellent sleep and the furniture is of a very high standard. The Kitchen is made of Corian and best quality systems and it has all necessary appliances.
The apartment is located on the seventh floor. You take the elevator to the sixth floor and then you take the stairs (approx. 15 steps) to the seventh floor.

The main bedroom is large and very comfortable and has its own en suite bathroom and TV set and has direct access to a pergola shaded sitting area offering great views of Athens and mesmerizing sunsets. A baby cot can be provided and placed in this bedroom if required, at no extra cost.

 

 

The second bedroom has a double bed and TV set with direct view to the Acropolis and the Parthenon and has its own bathroom and kitchenette.

The third bedroom is a small one, ideal for one person only, with view to Acropolis and the Parthenon and has its own TV set and toilet.
A double sofa/bed is situated at the study room as well as a study table.

The apartment is ideal for five people, two couples and a single person but can accommodate up to three couples and a single person, seven persons in total.
The sun umbrellas maybe used depending on weather conditions.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned in all areas and has a fast Wi-Fi up to 50Mbps. Every bedroom has its own TV set.
The sheets and towels in the apartment are the finest quality of cotton and are handled, washed and ironed by a professional company with the highest standards of European regulations.

A Super Market is just next door as well as a Bakery and Pharmacy.

While we consistently maintain high standards of hygiene in our property, we have implemented additional measures in response to the Covid -19. These measures are in place to mitigate any potential risks and are under ongoing review.

The guests are asked to respect the space by looking after it as if it was their own flat. No parties are allowed. No professional meetings or other professional operations or engagements unless agreed in writing. This is only a residential place. This is a strictly nonsmoking residency but guests can smoke at the roof garden: armchairs & sofas are provided. Only the registered guests can be at the apartment at any time and no more than 5 guests unless agreed in writing. This policy will be strictly adhered to. The guests are asked to turn off all Electrical Appliances, Equipment, Air Conditioning and lights when not in the Apartment. For guests that stay on for more than a few days, we kindly request that they take out their garbage. Large bins are located on the streets around the apartment building. We can indicate them to you. Also for guests that stay over 3 nights and require some supplementary cleaning services this can be arranged for an additional 70 euros to be paid in cash. Please keep in mind that this is not a hotel. We kindly ask guests to be tidy and mindful during their stay. CHECK IN TIME: While we seek to accommodate guests who come at different times we cannot check-in guests after 11 pm unless this has been agreed in writing and arranged. Many guests have flights leaving later in the day. The CHECK OUT TIME is 11:00 am but they can leave their luggage at a nearby luggage storage at a low cost. Please note this before you make your reservation: IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE By making this reservation, you accept that this not a hotel or any other official touristic accommodation. This is a house and you are a guest. The host cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur to guests on the premises. Guests are held responsible for their own actions if they break the law. Use of drugs inside the apartment is prohibited. The Greek law covers this agreement and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece. Finally we are glad to say that for all the years we accommodate our guests, we never experienced any problem with our guests and we are confident that this will always be so!
