Firm: Full refund for cancellations up to 60 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 60 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 30 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 30 days before check-in. No refund after that. The guests are asked to respect the space by looking after it as if it was their own flat. No parties are allowed. No professional meetings or other professional operations or engagements unless agreed in writing. This is only a residential place. This is a strictly nonsmoking residency but guests can smoke at the roof garden: armchairs & sofas are provided. There can be no more than 5 guests at the apartment at any time. This policy will be strictly adhered to unless otherwise agreed in writing. Up to 7 persons can stay at the Apartment with the use of the two double sofa beds only if agreed in writing. The guests are asked to turn off all Electrical Appliances, Equipment and lights when not in the Apartment. For guests that stay on for more than a few days, we kindly request that they take out their garbage. Large bins are located on the streets around the apartment building. We can indicate them to you. Also for guests that stay over 3 nights and require some supplementary cleaning services this can be arranged for an additional 60 euros to be paid in cash. Please keep in mind that this is not a hotel. We kindly ask guests to be tidy and mindful during their stay.

CHECK IN TIME: While we seek to accommodate guests who come at different times we cannot check-in guests after 10 pm unless this has been agreed and arranged. Many guests have flights leaving later in the day. The CHECK OUT TIME is 11:00 am but they can leave their luggage at a nearby luggage storage at a low cost.

Please note this before you make your reservation: IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE By making this reservation, you accept that this not a hotel or any other official touristic accommodation. This is a house and you are a guest. The host cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur to guests on the premises. Guests are held responsible for their own actions if they break the law. Use of drugs inside the apartment is prohibited. The Greek law covers this agreement and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.

All guests are required to follow typical standard requirements, which includes confirmed phone number, email address, payment information, and agreement to your house rules

We can help the guests during their stay or not if this is not required from the guest. We can give information about restaurants, bars, art galleries, art spaces, archeological spaces and museums to visit and also answer any questions they might have with regards to their stay.

Directions

The address of the Apartment is 12 Athinas st, Monastiraki, Athens 10554, 7th floor. You take the lift up to the 6th floor and then the stairs up to the 7th floor. A taxi can be arranged to pick you up from and take you to the Airport or other Port. The cost from the Airport is 46 euros, daytime, the official flat rate that you pay to the driver, you do not have to wait at the long queues, the driver knows exactly where the apartment is and he will let us know what time exactly you will arrive at the apartment. He will wait for you with a sign with your name just after the customs. For more than 4 persons or for many luggage you may need two taxis or a Van at a rate of 85 euros. The trip time is 35-40 minutes. If you wish to use the Metro, there is a direct line from and to the Airport and the entrance to the Metro is just opposite to our building. The ticket is 10 euros per person and the trip time is about 50 minutes.
